Personality tests
The best way to describe me is, I think, via team interactions. On the Belbin Team Roles test (see the Belbin Team Roles page) I’m a Shaper (26 points, which is huge), Monitor Evaluator (15), Resource Investigator (11), Plant (6), Chairman (5), Completer Finisher (4), Implementer (3), Teamworker (0, which is very low). Even overall, I’m mostly action oriented (26+3+4=33), average cerebral (6+15=21, so only two categories in here), and much lower people-oriented (5+0+11=16, and the highest score is on getting resources via people). I think the Belbin test is the best for me, and when you get the chance you should take it. I couldn’t find on Google neither in autumn of 2007 and in February 2008 for free.
