If you want to send me an email, please use this form.
1. Professionally, you can see my CV in here: LinkedIn profile for Olivian BREDA (adding me as business partner is fine as long as I know you) and on my personal web site.
Professional personality tests
You can see the results of a Shapes Test Participant Report by cut-e for a test I took in April 2009.
2. Personally:
a. This is what music I like: Last FM profile, updated continuously (you can actually listen to some songs I like, not just view them as text);
b. This is how I look like: Picasa web album – picture descriptions in Romanian (all the pictures can be downloaded on your computer after you install Picasa software).
Personal Personality tests
Belbin Team Roles test: The best way to describe me is, I think, via team interactions. On the Belbin Team Roles test (see the Belbin Team Roles page) I’m a Shaper (26 points, which is huge), Monitor Evaluator (15), Resource Investigator (11), Plant (6), Chairman (5), Completer Finisher (4), Implementer (3), Teamworker (0, which is very low). Even overall, I’m mostly action oriented (26+3+4=33), average cerebral (6+15=21, so only two categories in here), and much lower people-oriented (5+0+11=16, and the highest score is on getting resources via people). I think the Belbin test is the best for me, and when you get the chance you should take it. I couldn’t find on Google neither in autumn of 2007 and in February 2008 for free.
DISC model: This is a popular system originating in the 1920′s. The sysstem measures four preferences: Dominant, Influential, Steady and Cautious.
My results as of May 2009:
30 points out of 100: Dominant
Direct, Driver, Demanding, Determined, Decisive, Doer;
Independent, persistent, direct;
Energetic, busy, fearless;
Focus on own goals rather than people;
Tell rather than ask;
Ask ‘What?’.
27 points out of 100: Conscientious
Cautious, Compliant, Correct, Calculating, Concerned, Careful, Contemplative;
Slow and critical thinker, perfectionist;
Logical, fact-based, organized, follows rules;
Don’t show feelings; Private; Few, but good friends;
Big-picture, outlines;
Ask ‘Why?’ and ‘How?’.

3. Other resources about me
I write on another blog, about Search Engine Optimization: Get SEO ideas.
Also, this is a personal profile made by Personal DNA for me in February 2008: Personal DNA for Olivian BREDA. You can take this test yourself.
If you understand Romanian, you might want to see a descriptive page on Weebly (you can leave comments, see clips, read texts).
Have I answered the question in the title (Olivian BREDA: Who am I?) and in the same time be concise? Leave a comment on that, please (other comments welcomed too).

Cum se poate 0 la teamworker?!? + lower people-oriented?!?
Din cate stiu despre tine eu zic ca testul ala e cam pe langa
Oricum, n-am fost niciodata fan al testului Belbin…
Vercix, thanks for the kind comment. Shapers get things done, no matter what the team says.
Like it or not, most of the time I want to get things done, not really caring on what others say. If others say I should do this and that, I don’t really care about that, as long as I get the job done.
Yes, I like helping some people, and I don’t really like making people mad. But when having to chose between:
a. Great atmosphere, peace, flowers, daffodils, angels and nothing done and
b. An angry voice, an upset person, something upside done but the job done;
I tend to pick b.
That’s the “no peace” Gmail address mystery solved.
For what it’s worth, I think Belbin is an awesome test.
(there, I’ve said it)
