A milestone in my health development

I recently found out great news about my health: zero major problems on all the areas. No problems found via a basic diagnostic I took (blood, urine, excrements). I won’t get into too much detail, it’s a diagnosis offered for free in Romania each year for a citizen, and I get to see some basic results about my health. This is the very first time I get zero problems on all aspects (I got a bad one two years, ago, bad one on other thing an year ago, and so on).

Not this year. This year: perfect! I feel great about this.

After putting effort into living healthy (from eating to sports, from sleeping to having a certain posture), this is a very promising result. I feel like saying: Ya-hoo!

Four things I’ve learned at recent events in my life

There are four things about which I blog in this blog post:

2. Always think twice before paying for something
3. Read only quality newspapers
4. There is no free lunch

If you’d like to join me in my quest for a better life, I’d be happy to assist you. +Continue Reading

A brand new blog category: Life changes

I’ve come to a big decision today: what if I’d write about personal changes in my beliefs and how do these affect my behavior?

I launch today yet another category in my blog: Life changes.

I hope that I’ll benefit from writing these changes (this should help me implement them better), while you, my readers, will enjoy the ride.

Thanks for being with me all this long.
