Raising an eyebrow – thought

I took part today to a training class with Alexander FUHRMANN at incubator107. I liked the thought of how does raising an eyebrow impact others. As said by the trainer, raising the eyebrows or moving them can give you a signal about other people’s attention. I plan to look more into this.

Some thoughts on doing SEO reviews

Doing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) reviews requires I do a lot of thinking on a client’s web site; I look, analyze, take decisions;

My focus is generally on what can be improved and, thus, I see a lot of negative things; how does this translate to real life?

In real life I also tend to notice a lot of things, small details, unimportant stuff; I see a lot of negative things; yet I have the power not to act negatively, not to say bad words;

Chopin

In the last period of time I listened to about 2.500 songs (about 500, repeated 5 times) of Frédéric François CHOPIN – you can see what I listen to on my Last FM profile. This week I went to a concert by Chopin and other composer.

Two thoughts and a conclusion:
- I couldn’t make a difference between the two composers; I didn’t know when did one composer’s song ended, and when the other one’s started;
- I only recognized a part of a song by Chopin; that’s it;
- Conclusion: right now, to me, classical music is hard.

About speaking fast

I noticed that people who speak fast make themselves harder to understand. I have a tendency to speak super-fast. While this might be fine in usual conversations, whenever holding a speech I should refrain (perhaps) to speaking too fast. Simple, huh?

A change on my view about emigration

You may have read my blog post about Horia-Roman PATAPIEVICI, in which I said:

For example, staying in Romania is a definite answer for me due to the opinions of Horia-Roman PATAPIEVICI on the subject.
