Groupon model – predicting its failure?

Yet, are they, all, doomed to fail? It may be so; you see, in a business like this there are three parties:
- The buyer (he wins for the great price);
- The mediator (he wins a commission);
- The seller (he loses for the poor price);
A business model in which the seller always loses will, on the long term, prove to be a failure.
