On the process of writing

I’m enrolled at a workshop for creative writing la Calea Victoriei Foundation. Below my notes on the process of writing.

What is the process of writing?
- Prewriting:
a. Research;
b. Preliminary draft (less than 5 pages, structured – both in cronology and spatial relations);
c. Brainstorming;
d. Attention to conventions (rapport between abstract and concrete, general and specifc, denotation and conotation, literal and metaphoric);
e. Mindmap;
- Draft (15-20 pages);
- Revision (local for the grammar and general for the style);
- External reading;
- Evaluation;
- Publication;
